First Floor:
The first floor boasts an open-concept layout connecting the fully equipped kitchen, family room, and dining room — perfect for gathering and making memories. This level also includes:

for convenience.
• Two bedrooms with ample closet space.
• A cozy formal living room with a fireplace, perfect for curling up with a good book and a cup of coffee or tea.

Upstairs, you’ll find:
• Three bedrooms, including a luxurious master suite — your private oasis with
ample space to unwind.

Lower Level:
The lower level is designed for fun! It features a game room with a pool table, foosball, board games, and an Nintendo Switch. There’s also a cozy lounge area and another full bathroom.
Outdoor Entertainment:
Step outside onto the large deck, complete with a gazebo, perfect for enjoying meals with scenic views. The spacious backyard offers endless opportunities to enjoy nature, with a cornhole game available for some friendly competition.
Family-Friendly Amenities:
We welcome families with little ones! Our home is fully equipped to ensure comfort for children, with books, toys, a changing table, high chair, baby gates, dinnerware, and even a portable play-yard and crib.

One is on the side of the garage pointing toward the house. Second on the left front side of the house pointing toward the front of the house. Third on the smart lock keypad pointing the driveway/entrance. These cameras will be on during your stay.

Summary: This is a great property. It’s convenient to Meredith and the Lake. The house itself is very nicely done. Plenty of things for our kids (ages 3-12) to do inside and out. The entire booking, check-in and checkout process were very easy. Yahaira was available to answer any questions we had and make sure our stay was perfect. I’d recommend this property to anyone (with or without kids).

Summary: Stayed here with my family for a week long vacation. We all enjoyed our time and it was a perfect spot for us. Great yard, deck, and other amenities that made for a relaxing and fun vacation

Summary: We had a great stay in Meredith for the Laconia bike week rally. Meredith was a beautiful town, on the lake, this rental is close to town and shops/restaurants. Great communication w property owner/manager… had a few issues w light bulbs and empty propane tanks hut were resolved quickly. Tons of parking. A lot of living space. Beds are memory foam and very comfy! Not a ton of kitchenware (we like to cook and have coffee every morning) but nice island and dining area to hang out, nice deck and grill, also. The updates are nice and decor well appointed. We enjoyed our stay!

Summary: This is a great place to stay for a weekend at Lake Winni. It’s a short drive to the lake from the house and also not far from Weirs beach. The house is very nice. It’s spacious with plenty of beds, new appliances, a deck with a fire pit and a big backyard. I would stay here again next time I visit Lake Winni.
